Give painting a try! It is a wonderful pastime and skill to learn for anyone at any age and at any ability level. Come explore and learn with color, enjoy seeing the way paint looks as it covers surfaces, as you create with very stroke. Students will explore fundamental processes of visual perception and artistic expression. Gain confidence in artistically presenting ideas and in the processes in creating art. Embrace your talent and imagination!

Blending Colors-

In a comfortable atmosphere, students are invited to experience the limitlessness of expressions in painting. Students will see for themselves that once a few skills are learned, the images they are wishing to create will all but jump off the page! Each person begins where he or she is and then DEVELOPS!

Practice your brush skills-

Students will learn skills which will bring them closer to painting in a way that is satisfying and fun. Each student will gain insight into the abundant creative opportunities in the art of painting. Greater comfort with the materials will be reached. Skills will be learned including blending colors, and learning the importance of foreground versus background. Their ability to focus will be enhanced. Painting is a wonderful way to increase hand-eye coordination since it requires the simultaneous use of our hands and eyes. They will be developing one of a human being’s most powerful gifts. As we paint the information our eyes or minds perceive (visual spatial perception), our hands can be patiently guided to learn to create with increased skill and control.
